Privacy Policy

This website is the photography portfolio of Perrin Adams, a nature photographer based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information the site collects, why, and the choices you have. I keep it simple: I collect as little as possible and I never sell your information.
Who is responsible
Perrin Adams (Perrin Adams Photography, a Wild Wanderer Creatives studio) is responsible for personal information collected through this site. Questions or requests can be sent to perrin@wildwanderercreatives.studio.
What I collect
When you contact me. When you send the contact form, I receive your name, email address, the type of inquiry and your message. The form is processed by Wix Forms: your submission is stored in my Wix account and your name and email are saved as a contact there so I can reply and keep track of our conversation. I also receive anything you include in later emails, such as print sizes or licensing details.
When you browse. Like most websites, the site's hosting provider automatically receives basic technical information needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and doesn't build profiles of visitors.
Why I use it
- To reply to your inquiry about prints, image licensing or commissions.
- To quote, deliver and keep records of any work or sale you request.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
I won't add you to a mailing list or send marketing emails unless you ask me to.
Cookies
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Its hosting platform sets one small technical cookie that helps deliver the site securely. It doesn't identify you personally and isn't used for tracking.
Third-party services
A few trusted services help run the site. They receive only the technical information needed to do their job:
- Wix hosts the website, serves the photos, and stores contact form submissions and contact details in my account.
- Google Fonts provides the typefaces, so your browser connects to Google's servers to load them.
- Email: messages you send are handled by my email provider.
These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. Links to Instagram and Wild Wanderer Creatives take you to other sites with their own privacy policies.
How long I keep it
I keep form submissions and inquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records, such as invoices and licensing agreements, which tax and business rules may require me to keep for several years.
Your choices and rights
Under Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it where I'm not required to keep it. Email perrin@wildwanderercreatives.studio and I'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If this policy changes, for example if I add analytics or online print sales, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
